Hillary-"new jobs for tommorrow"

Jobs for what day, senator?

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton was in Silicon Valley announcing her high tech innovation agenda Thursday, but maybe her campaign staff first needs to spring for a spell check on their computers.

The Democratic front-runner stood before a crowd of 200 CEOs and valley insiders Thursday at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's annual business climate summit announcing the theme of "New Jobs for Tommorrow."

Duffy Jennings, spokesman for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, said the banner came from the Clinton campaign. By tomorrow -- please note spelling -- someone will be getting a memo and a dictionary.

HRC: I will not be hidden

this saturday as usual I ventured down to the local market square to buy plants for the house and say hello to my neighbors. I noticed a familiar face and her husband had set up a HRC for prez stand and went to say hello. As I was walking up there was a woman I do not know, she asked: are you for Hillary? when I politely said no, I support another candidate, she snorted: whatsa matter dont you like women? I said yes I do very much I just dont like HRC.
When I spoke with my friend, she mentioned that they were putting together a fundraiser for HRC and showed me their host committee. I asked why there were no men on the list, she replied:"we like to keep them hidden" if anyone else is running into situations like this, I'd like to hear about it.

NEW ZOGBY POLL HAS BUSH APPROVAL RATING AT 30%

NEW ZOGBY POLL HAS BUSH APPROVAL RATING AT 30%
A new Zogby telephone poll dated March 1-2, 2007 shows that President Bush's job approval rating has fallen to 30%, "once again hitting the all-time low-water mark of his presidency," according to Zogby.  Bush's approval ratings dropped two percent from his January and February figures of 32% approval.

The new Zogby poll found that 30% of the public gave Bush positive marks for his leadership of the nation while 69% gave him negative ratings.  The only good news for the President is that sixty-one percent of the Republicans polled still give George W. Bush positive marks.  Yet, only seven percent of the Democrats and 22% of the Independents polled viewed President Bush favorably.

at least he still has barney on his side.....

Mitt Rommney's "secret underwear"

I'm sitting in my office with a current member of the Mormon Church who is telling me a story out of school about the secret underwear Mormons wear that has "special spots that are consecrated when married in the temple.
Rommney has refused to discuss he is not running for pastor of this country but for president.
